About Maple Drapery & Carpet Ltd.
Established in 1988, we are a second-generation family business operating in the home decor industry specializing in custom-made soft goods, including drapery, blinds, flooring, bedding, etc. We have twelve fantastic employees working in our sewing workroom and showroom, and we are constantly introducing new innovations to keep up with current trends.
Motorization of shades and drapery are a large part of our product mix to help with new Canada safety compliance rules. We are similarly always looking at upgrading our workroom systems to create efficiency and accuracy in the products we produce.
We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and by appointment on Saturday. We serve clients across the GTA region of Ontario.

One aspect that makes us second to none is our custom drapery workroom is one of our best features. Here, our seamstresses curate drapery and soft goods specifically tailored to the client’s needs and design.

Our reputation speaks for itself. Many of our clients come to us via referral. We view each project from an individual design perspective. We look to infuse the client’s needs and personalities into the final presentation.
Our achievements, goals, and passions
One of our biggest achievements has been the projects that included drapery for high-quality condos, along with drapery for several high-end restaurants and projects for reputed builders for key companies such as Microsoft, Apple, and many more.
Our dream for the future is to build and solidify business practices that will allow us to provide concierge service and create new partnerships with designers, builders, and contractors.
While we are really passionate about what we do, we also care about protecting the environment. We are working towards a paperless system and currently putting policies in place so that we are not printing any documents that are not necessary. We use a pdf filing system to store all of our documents for reference.
We also believe in giving back to society and, as part of that belief, support local charities such as Hospice Vaughan, Mackenzie Health Hospital, and The Hospital for Sick Kids.
